Demoralizing workplace - Anonymous employee Coca-Cola Consolidated Employee Review

This company continues to make cuts at the bottom, every year. The workload is distributed across remaining salaried employees while earning any sort of bonus is a very unattainable, moving target. Management is ok with folks working 12+ hours per day on salary. This company is top heavy and retains VPs into created roles when their job is eliminated. Very unethical business practices are enforced my self-serving leaders throughout. They do not carry out the companies “purpose statement” whatsoever. I’ve had to get on anxiety medication to be able to work here.
