Cons
Not even sure where to start. I could write down a hundred cons for every one positive aspect of this company. Corporate in Charlotte sit behind a computer and just changes things to just change things. There are so many people that are absolutely useless while frontline leadership and frontline blue collar workers get trimmed down to the bare minimum. Covid caused more knee jerk reactions and the good and loyal employees are starting to leave in droves. You can’t take full time jobs and put them on plates of people who are already overworked and under appreciated. The moral is shocking. The people are tired and the people are fed up. I cannot recall ever hearing of someone that believed that they felt valued. One Team is a smoke in mirrors app the company created to show off “how they care about their employees and community”. Just like the fake purpose statement they hide behind. If you truly cared about the people that kill theirselves for you how about giving them some support or appreciation. Supplying bags of candy around the branches is a complete joke. Get out of Charlotte, the stay at home order is over and your people are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
