Pros
The benefits are good and that's about all. Warehouse and Drivers make around 50,000 a year and are home daily. Being home every day and weekends are nice.
Cons
Going in I thought that the 100 years Coca Cola has been in business that they would have it down to a science. They do NOT! I have never seen such disarray in the management of a company and how terrible they treat all there employees. Since I have been here 5 years they have let go multiple people that have been here 20 years or more. The warehouse team gets treated like dogs and worked anywhere from 8 to 14 hours daily. The teams of drivers is a revolving door because the routes are horrible and make no sense. We do not even get a discount on products but are required to only purchase and consume Coca Cola products. I wanted a job here because I loved Coca Cola and now after working here its anything but. Really Really disappointed Coca-Cola Columbus! The place is like a soap opera where everyone is related or sleeping together! Working 60 to 70 hours a week for 50,000 is a joke!
