Managed like 3rd world dictatorship with no respect for employees, no concern for them except as tools for exploitation. Harrison avoids even being seen by anyone below top execs so well that many, even in corporate HQ, don't believe he exists. Company ignores labor and EEO laws and thinks diversity refers to stock portfolios. Many employees, including hourly, are required to work unconscionably long hours routinely. Others are misclassified to avoid overtime. Senior executives are of far lesser caliber than in other corporations, yet treat everyone else with contempt. Maximum stress is an actual objective in many units. Backstabbing rampant.
