- Working with some of the most awesome, enthusiastic yet thoughtful people - Mature leadership with strong product vision and ability to make principled tradeoffs - Incredible mission - everybody is a maker - Genuinely awesome product - the entire company runs on Coda - Transparent culture - transparency transcends almost all decisions and meetings at the company

Cons

Not really cons but mostly characteristics of a smaller company. - Flat organization with no clear leveling might make it hard to understand progress. - Growth trajectory has been incredible but a larger validation is yet to play out. - Space continues to get very competitive.
