Pros

I feel like Codeworks has my best interests when I deal with them. They value my employment and treat me with respect and integrity.

Cons

I wish they had longer initial contract terms. I have been there for a long time but it seams like I am always getting 3 to 6 month projects which end up getting extended. Why can't you commit to a longer term right away?

Codeworks has a great culture and takes good care of it's employees. They truly try to find the right fit for their contractors.

Cons

I have not experienced any negative aspects of Codeworks.

Pros

I was placed with a team that I absolutely loved. When I spoke to the recruiter at Codeworks, I said that it would be awesome to be with a team that didn't have egos and was willing to help each other. That is exactly where I was placed.

Cons

Unfortunately the company I was placed in didn't get another round of funding, so I was left looking for a new job.
