- High-deductible health insurance, but the company does more than most companies I know to help mitigate the impact to the employee.

I really believe in the benefits of federalism (i.e. delegating the most authority possible to those closest to issues at hand). This creates the most freedom which fosters the most inspiration which in turn enhances creative thinking for our client and our business. Office autonomy is a continued commitment for these reasons. Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
