Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear your perspective on salary and benefits. The general managers and HR work diligently on market studies to confirm that we are paying a fair wage. I wrote in a response below regarding our business philosophy to balance our fixed costs in a way that creates stability through market upsets. We have proven through the years to be a very stable company. This is another benefit to our employees when the inevitable cycle of economic factors turns the wrong way.
