      Pros

      Coforge offers a good work-life balance along with strong training opportunities. During my training in the Java domain, I was able to sharpen both my frontend and backend skills while also completing a project that enhanced my learning experience. The trainer was supportive and approachable, which made the process smooth. I have been successfully deployed on a project (yet to start work), and overall, I find Coforge to be a great place to work.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
