      Pros

      Good to join as experienced as they will pay you more. but not good in case you join as fresher and want to grow with company. Even you promoted you will get 10-15% hike on current salary .. Since there is no defined salary standard here.

      Cons

      No Salary standard ... Employees are less paid here and management do not care about tenure people. Team Lead and analyst salary is almost same .. As an analyst, most of the time we get more salary than TL 😂😂
