      Pros

      NIIT Tech is now leader in Airport Domain being partner with SITA. Its a CMM L5 company.

      Cons

      Though its a L5 company but they are lacking somewhere. Management is really poor in terms of handling team and client. Sometimes they treat employees as slave. Learning opportunity is very less. You'll get few chance to execute your skills. Work life balance is not as per expected. Again all this based on the project you're on. Not all the projects are bad. Specially there's some misleading in Airport project. Pay scale is low compared to other CMMI L5 company.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
