Opportunities to grow are a show-off. If a junior level person is doing well, he/she is let down and denied of opportunities coming their way. A few good senior managers do exist to support and help one grow but too much politics at the leadership level. Many of such people are made leaders who lack managerial capabilities. Full of arrogance. Forget about increments and monetary growth, people will take away the credits of the hard work you do. Under-utilization of potential employees and high pay to those who are not even half as good as you, Salary discrepancies, closed doors for opportunities are the reasons that young crowd in this company is facing stress and depression. They firmly believe in "PAY LESS TO THOSE WHO WORK BETTER THAN THOSE WHO DON't". Valued and really hard working people are not provided an option to grow.
