Pros

Not that I can think of. You can find all stuff below in cons section. Good infrastructure is the only thing that I can think of as pro.

Cons

Can not explain all here. This is worst company to join. They discriminate employees on the basis of their licking skills. Never join DLA and ICO ( desktop support and network team) , there are so many wolves out there , whose only work is to lick their manager's. Good employees will never survive there. No learning at all even if you spend 25 years of your life. Believe me there are few donkeys who are working there for last 25 years and they are doing nothing but politics ,thats how they survived. They will never give you rights to perform your daily work and later at the end of year they ask you what you did. They harasses new girls who join there, force them to work late till night and later offer them ride in their car to take advantage. No shift allowence, no extra hour pay policy applicable in these teams. You will not get leaves even if you are dying. No leave encashment policy. End year appraisal depeneds on your lip service ( not work). The managers yells at others like they are labourers. People eat gutkha in office and spit all around their desk. Abusing one another is so common there that you will not feel that it is even an office.

Pros

If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
