      some get short onsite opportunity but mostly in Muslim countries.On nameof Onsite they will send you Banglore, Mumbai

      Cons

      dirty politics, old existing resource wil try to trap in dirty politics, Managers are not supportive at all. NIIT Technology has no upcomming projects so planning to fire 1600 resources by end of Dec 2017. Management has started new policy that if resource did not get project in 2 months , then HR can forcefully ask the resource to exit from organisation
