Based in Delhi, North India among the few middle level companies, otherwise most of the top and middle level companies are based in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and pune.
Cons
It is spun off from NIIT the education company so all the middle level managers are people from education with no or little exposure to actual development company. Any lateral movement in the organization is treated as an alien. The managers has absolute power and technical person is just a resource. They still work as the NIIT placement cell who is eager to put any resource in any location just to get the revenue. What is skill set matching? They make false promises and at the time of fulfilling the promise ask for the signed document where the promise was made. The worst HR practice, stooping down to unimaginable level.
