Pros
You dont need any qualification here. if you can sooth ego of dinosour employees who had been around since beginning and wont leave as no one will take them and if at all they take they can't survive for a day even . But if you can sooth their ego , make their drinks then this is the company for you . You do Not need any other qualification. Irony is that when the company was loosing customers for mismanagement the CEO travels to onsite client location for settlement due to non capability of project managers or directors etc....
Cons
There are a lot of employee since beginging of company or many years without any knowledge of management or technology, They dont let new employee to survive due to their ego issues. People haven't left the company for many many years and are minting money ,with no work . For some new joinees it is hell as they have to work hard to justify the salary for dinosaurs. HR, Administration, infrastructure teams etc are only a big joke. Promotions are only if you are known to someone who is a Dinosour himself. You can stay any number of years in company but old managers will not let you change your role or salaries etc ,, unless you dont have good personal relation with them,, skill is not a matter here.
