      Pros

      Work is not hard, scheduling allows a lot of room for family time and hobbies.

      Cons

      The work is not challenging, it is not worth the pay rate to be constantly berated by customers for things outside of your control. Normally that would be offset by a great work environment and/or supportive leadership but it is not. With no incentive to actually care it is only a matter of time before you either burn out or just leave for greener pastures.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
