      HR Policies are quite Employee Friendly..They will never sack you if you are on bench because of Company's Fault

      Cons

      Extremely Poor SAP Practice, they have no projects in SAP, almost all the resources in SAP are on bench and some of them for more than a year.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
