This used to be a nice company to work if you want a long term relationship but now just a pit stop.
Cons
This company is undergoing lot of changes at the moment. The induction of new CEO and recent acquisition of the company and now they are moving towards merger of the company with acquirers group company. Lot of good people has already left. HR is not supportive towards employees but they do favor business and are helpless at times.US immigration team is another joke, you have to chase your case individually and still they do lot of mistakes.Some of the client partners are making false commitments to customers and also fooling on their top leadership with fake pipelines, specially in travel domain.Delivery heads are also running behind numbers to save their jobs. No growth opportunities. If you make your boss happy you have a chance but don’t provide any meaningful suggestions, just do what customer want even if it’s a clerical job.
