      Company has number of projects and very little chance of staying on bench. Support of company to its fullest.

      Cons

      The yearly appraisal is very limited. Also due to staying in the same project hampers the learning path of an employee.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
