It's a good stepping stone - Quality Assurance Junior Tester Coforge Employee Review

There is a language barrier that makes it difficult getting questions answered. I think HR may be understaffed and overworked, although they are polite. Growth is a little difficult. After working for 2 years and completing the needed requirements, I should have gotten a position change from "Junior Tester" to "Tester", but that never happened. I was not the first person to complain about this, but nothing got done for me.
