      1. You would get to learn each and every process of a CMMI-5 company. 2. You would get to learn new technolgies and tools.

      Cons

      1. Some HR policies are very bad for freshers joining as Junior Software Engineers.They didn't get much hike and not much attention form HR.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
