      Pros

      Work here just for experience. Since the resource pool is limited chances are people early in their career get good opportunities. Manage your boss here and that is the important part!

      Cons

      Personal growth is limited as is the professional growth. Managers most if not all, are not worth sticking around for and are unprofessional. Lots of regional bias.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
