1. Policies are very good. 2. Onsite opportunity are more. 3. Infrastructure excellent. 4. Learning curve good.
Cons
1. Greater noida campus location is very far for Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi employees. Travelling time will be 3-5 hours daily for greater noida campus by Company Buses. Part of CTC will go in conveyance if opt for Bus Services in normal 9-6 shift. In other shifts cabs will be provided free of cost, but the time taken by cabs for pickup and drop is 3-4 hours daily if not living in greater noida. (Cab facility not so good, AC doesn't work, Drivers drive rashly at speed of 120-150 kms/hr on noida expressway and behave rudely). 2. Salary increment every year will be in single digits. 3. A lot of politics in getting awards and rewards. 4. No work life balance. Work life balance is good only at managerial level.
