Pros

Before joining any new company I always try to know what would be my learning in new company along with work culture. I found Coforge has great opportunity of learning in space of testing automation. You have many chance to show you capabilities in any automation verticals like AI, ML, Data Analytics, Web Automation, RPA and many more. Here you will find many platforms, mentors who can guide you on your learning path along with this Coforge regularly conducts internal as well as external trainings, you just need a desire to learn inside you. Coforge have separate labs where you can spend time on you own project along with library. Rewards to your contribution is not just your salary (which is also very aligned to current market pay) but also recognition within project and company. There several events within project as well organization level where your contribution is recognized transparently. For healthy mind and fitness Coforge have Gym, indoor game (TT), swimming pool etc. Also there are several outdoor games and activity in their large playground. Coforge also have values to social celebrations by conducting activities, food stalls on every ethnic occasions. Coforge admirable supporting departments like HR, IT Help Desk, Transport, Security, catering and RP.

Cons

On boarding process within project need to speedup, it’s generally take more days than expected days. Approval process need to simplify – Approval is also one more pain area where I think improvement is possible.

Pros

If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
