Pros

1. Work Environment - People are approachable and Excellent Campus in NCR. 2. Salary Credited - In last 17 years, not a single delay in crediting Salary either at Onshore or Offshore. Commitment of last working day for crediting meet. Thumbs up ! 3. Take a Break Policy

Cons

1. Salary and Allowances needs to be adjusted with market and inflation respectively. 2. Work Life Balance has been affected (WFH, COVID, etc.) 3. Complexity in processes for getting tools like Laptops, Desktops, etc make moral of a person low. 4. Re-branding goodies were not distributed to all, which I felt as 'discrimination'.

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
