      Pros

      I have been working here since 2.5 years, best thing about company is the management, learning is good , company take care of employee choice that in which technology they want to work, new ideas are valued here and work culture is really good.

      Cons

      Till now no cons I have seen , even if there are some cons company try to resolve them.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
