Pros

1) They have good infrastructure at greater noida campus.. 2) Good Transport 3) Policies are well defined

Cons

It's a typical IT culture here.. straight off the mill.. some points i experienced.. 1) You are a perfect match if you have poor communication skills.. Believe me if you're comm skills are good they don't matter a damn to this god damn company.. People who can't even frame basic grammatical sentences and speak 5th grader English are at onsite positions.. 2) Salary is a disaster.. 3 years get max 4.5 lakhs. 8 years get max 9 lakhs 3) Work life balance is non existent.. u stay back once they'll make you stay back every day.. 4) If you work well you may well be aware of what your'e getting yourself into.. Leave alone recognizing you or giving credit ,you will be over burdened with work while non performers will have a happy life .. what with doing facebook and gym and long lunch breaks..while you will toil in your seat whole day.. 5) No value for talent and people who deserve.. Even non performers will have a salary close to you.. If a deserving person someone who can add value to their organization resigns it makes no diff to them.. instead of increasing your salary they'll hire two cheap resources (read contractors) 6) have absolutely nothing to offer to an outgoing person except 1) an allowance of 60000 payble if you saty for one year 2) ssa allowance of 8000 pm 3) rare onsite opportunity 7) huge attrition.. even freshers leave this company as soon as their bond period of 2 years is over..

Pros

If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

Cons

A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
