1. Managers have no powers if you have issue with UK team. Even if you go to your managers, they cannot help you. Just bow down to UK team if you want to survive for long term 2. Rudeness by select people in UK and India is tolerated. Nothing happens even if you go to HR 3.Everything is an escalation. No team work at all 4. Management in India don't push back on impractical estimations and timelines as they want to be good with the key people. Teams end up working more and projects end up in crisis situations, for which the people responsible end up getting rewarded
