      You get good opportunities to drive a lot of things, if you are smart and can prove your self of doing so ( which is not so difficult, you will get opportunities to do so)... The seniors will commend your work, if its warranted. Decent salary abundant spare time democratic work culture no bonds.

      Cons

      There is hardly any monetary recognition even if you have made a substantial impact on organzation's success. If you are in the middle management then usually the budget and stuff like will dictate your benefits during appraisal time.
