      Flexible work timings, Work from home options (Depends on the project though), No Dress code

      Cons

      Managers are dogmatic and often micro manage things. Too many middle level managers because which role change doen't happen easily and internal power struggle and politics. Salary on the lower side. Below average hike. Low job security.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
