      Pros

      Campus is really beautiful , greenery and amazing infrastructure. Transportation facility is Good. Good prevelage to female staff , specially crech facilities for married women , Gym facility . Many good projects . You can find your relevant experience project here.

      Cons

      Growth is very very slow . Management lacks with proper communication. Not good for fresher's to start their career. You will struggle with leaving company as notice period is 3 months. No early release option and no buy out option.
