      flexible timing. good company and peers are helpful. learning is good for freshers

      Micro Management. Manager is not helpful. They do not consider current employee requirement, If he/she is going to quit. Salary increment issue

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
