      You get good knowledge by real time working on Projects. No workload. Good Environment and work culture.

      Cons

      As a fresher you are in 2 years of bond and because you are in bond then you didn't get that increment on salry as expect.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
