      There is only one word as pros, 'Nothing'.

      Cons

      Worst company culture. I left it within fee months. After that I tried to reach out to HR person continuously for 4 days, related to my experience related documents. No one replied back. I don't recommend coforge to anyone.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
