      You will definitely learn something - whether it was useful or not, only time will tell. Their employee polices are good too - only not implemented well. Actually, if you are lucky and end up in a team with a sensible manager, it will be a good experience.

      Cons

      They are clock-watchers. Don't try to be efficient or do great quality work. The people who spend 'maximum hours' in office are valued more than others.
