Pros
Pay is somewhat reasonably tolerable
Cons
CEO is the worst example of a leader I've ever come across, a few reps own a majority of the customers not because they won them but because they survived long enough for other reps to get fired and inherit their customers, they don't pay for any sales tools, the CRM is a homegrown mess with no automation, they openly say you need to get "10 hours of work done in a 8 hour day", there is a culture of hiding contacts and notes from the CRM so that other reps can't challenge for your accounts, there is an expectation that you won't hit quota until your second year since you start with nothing and are expected to prospect without any prospecting tools, every office is 5 days on-site (the CEO says they will never change this and coincidentally owns most of the properties in his real-estate portfolio), the churn rate is extremely high even among managers, they don't offer sick days and low PTO allowance.
