Pros

If you can stand the horrible working conditions, you may be able to learn a bit. Other than that, you can learn everything there from a book.

Cons

The teams work horribly together. You are treated like crap. The knowledge is kept within a close circle and is not released unless you show initiative. Management is a joke from the low level to the top. EVERYONE smokes weed while at work on work premises. The facilities have boogers on the wall. The facilities are gross and were broken for sometime before it was even fixed. People get yelled at in front of everyone. The pay is equivalent with a sweat shop.

Free coffee and soda that's it.

Cons

Where do you even start. The company has no direction and the stock has dropped over $70 in a year. All the cutbacks that they make to cover losses come from reps compensation. You have to clock in and clock out everyday like you work in a candy factory and if you miss clocking in or clocking out they fire you. So many lazy people .They equip you with a laptop from 2017 that barely works and an iPhone SE from 2006. Most of the prospects block the numbers so cogent can't call . They have no one to sell to.
