Pros

It's a nice way to get into telecom, as there aren't many products Managers were nice, and triied to help me a lot Free beverages was a nice perk

Cons

Too many people selling into too few buildings Off-net pricing isn't as competitive as it could be, so it was at a disadvantage Gave my 2-weeks notice, was walked the same day, and FYI, they don't pay you for the two weeks, as other telecom companies do... Only a select few can actually make quota each month - don't expect to do it much, if at all your first year. Office was sub-par at best, not a healthy work environment to be working in.

Free coffee and soda that's it.

Cons

Where do you even start. The company has no direction and the stock has dropped over $70 in a year. All the cutbacks that they make to cover losses come from reps compensation. You have to clock in and clock out everyday like you work in a candy factory and if you miss clocking in or clocking out they fire you. So many lazy people .They equip you with a laptop from 2017 that barely works and an iPhone SE from 2006. Most of the prospects block the numbers so cogent can't call . They have no one to sell to.
