Pros

You get what you put in. Work hard. Get rewarded hard. Luckily for me that's my attitude. It's a hunter position so as long as you're willing to put in the effort the rewards are well worth it. Longevity in the company really pays off.

Cons

Just like any sales organization, you have your off days/weeks/months but that's standard for the industry. Sometimes it can be grueling staring at a computer screen for 8+ hours a day.

Pros

Free coffee and soda that's it.

Cons

Where do you even start. The company has no direction and the stock has dropped over $70 in a year. All the cutbacks that they make to cover losses come from reps compensation. You have to clock in and clock out everyday like you work in a candy factory and if you miss clocking in or clocking out they fire you. So many lazy people .They equip you with a laptop from 2017 that barely works and an iPhone SE from 2006. Most of the prospects block the numbers so cogent can't call . They have no one to sell to.
