Pros

Good product, price points, small enough where they can make quick decisions and changes.

Cons

Again almost too quick to make decisions, change the products/pay plans on the reps almost every few months. Not sure of who will be there at the beginning of each month, as there will be terminations every 1st of the month without fail. Lots of favoritism, similar to a high school and who your "friends" with.

Free coffee and soda that's it.

Cons

Where do you even start. The company has no direction and the stock has dropped over $70 in a year. All the cutbacks that they make to cover losses come from reps compensation. You have to clock in and clock out everyday like you work in a candy factory and if you miss clocking in or clocking out they fire you. So many lazy people .They equip you with a laptop from 2017 that barely works and an iPhone SE from 2006. Most of the prospects block the numbers so cogent can't call . They have no one to sell to.
