Pros

Friendly co-workers and okay working conditions. Monthly activities seemed fun, but I never participated in them.

Cons

I had a horrible experience here. No mentoring from direct manager, felt very left out. It was a very unfriendly and cold environment. Old school 'big boys' club. Still sick to my stomach when I think about my experience.

Pros

I've had the privilege of working at Cogmedix for the past 13 years, and I can confidently say it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. What sets Cogmedix apart is its unmatched company culture, dynamic work environment, and genuine opportunities for career growth. As a family-owned business, Cogmedix truly walks the talk when it comes to caring for its people. The company’s commitment to its Caring Associates is something you rarely find in today’s fast-paced industry. Here, people come first — and that care is reflected in everything from how we treat each other, to the passion we show for our customers and the communities we serve. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity in the medical device industry and want to be part of a team where you can work hard, play hard, and grow both personally and professionally, then Cogmedix is the place to be. It’s not just a workplace — it’s a place you can truly call home. Every day brings something new, and with it, the chance to make a difference, have fun, and build lasting relationships. I’m proud to be a part of the Cogmedix family!

Cons

No place is without its day-to-day challenges, but I've found Cogmedix to be incredibly responsive and adaptive — it's part of what makes the culture so strong.
