Great people. Very diverse work and technology exposure - never a dull moment. Technology that helps people. Opportunity for growth based on significant track record of promotions from within. Continuously improving benefits; 401K with match and profit sharing, good medical, and just added short term disability, dental, and eyecare. There's now even an option for discounted pet insurance as well as discounts on other services like legal services and insurances (e.g., home, auto, life). Not many companies like this in Worcester area.
Cons
Really none, but Cogmedix is in the service business for other customers, which is a very fast pace not for everyone. If you like a dynamic environment with wide variation in responsibilities and growth, then Cogmedix is for you.
