Pros
There are “some” great associates in the organization who will do everything in their power to support you and get things done. Keyword there is “some,” and they won’t be from the top of the organization. The facility is very clean, relatively organized and shows well in the eyes of the customer. When I started working here it was a very positive and upbeat environment, but over the last year or so it has drastically changed for the worst.
Cons
Leadership. They pride themselves on trust, flexibility and integrity, yet they’re just a bunch of fluff words to use in the face of prospective clients AND interviewees. You’re thrown into a cut throat environment, some swim, others sink directly to the bottom and are let go. Either way, you’re setup to fail, or you will literally die trying to be successful. Don’t, it’ll go unnoticed. Very poor planning all around. Everything is last minute. Zero accountability and execution from the top. The top expects the world, but gives nothing in return. Very quick to point the finger and you can be sure that they won’t take the responsibility.
