Assembly, quality and test techs are probably some of nicest hard working people to work with.
Cons
It is understandable that there will be "some" politics everywhere you go, but this company is the worst by a landslide. It is very obvious across the company that the senior management team is in the position they are in not because of skill, but because of who they know. Probably the worst micromanaging i have seen towards the bottom employees who actually do the work and are responsible for making the company money but there is absolutely no accountability for upper management. Every decision made from the top is based off of assumptions and no one is held accountable when it is a bad call, and this is a daily cycle which at the end of the day employees below upper management pay the price with excessive "mandatory" overtime with little to no notice. Those who don't work the overtime put a target on their back. If they want you out, they'll find a reason even if its not there. With that being said, if you have a family and kids at home, and you will not be working for upper management, this is not the company for you. Any position below, you WILL be overworked. Benefits are also terrible. It is overpriced and almost unaffordable. If it wasn't mentioned before, there is no annual reviews, bonuses, or incentives here. Unless you work for upper management of course. You could be at the company for years, when you ask for a raise they'll want you to prove to them why you think you deserve one. You know it's bad when upper management bribes other employees to give good reviews.
