Truly Great Culture and Working Environment - Director Coghlin Companies Employee Review

Columbia Tech (Coghlin Companies, Inc.) has a culture and environment that truly values its employees like very few places I've experienced in my decades of working in many organizations. I had departed Columbia Tech after several years when deciding to pursue a role in a start-up venture with a past colleague. After several years at this and a negative turn occurring, I was faced with having to transition and find another role and company. I quickly thought of reaching back out to Columbia Tech because of my great experience there. I had left earlier on great terms, and they gladly welcomed me back. I've been back 5 years now and enjoy the challenges, along with the great people!
