Pros
1) Great Products with a unique value proposition, especially in Vision systems. 2) Less micro-management as compared to competitors. 3) Good work-life balance. 4) Amazing incentives available for overachievers.
Cons
1) Very little control over sales cannibalisation by other region distributors/partners quoting lower prices. 2) Less transparent appraisal process (process is heavily, if not solely, controlled by managers)
