They pay well, but expect high performance
Cons
Tracking more and more sales activities, no room for negotiating yearly quota, lack of motivation to exceed quota because it will make your life harder the next year. After 5 years with the company, I crushed it for 4 years, had 1 bad year and they let me go. Two weeks, no severance, cut me of a few months before my 5 year bonus, no regard to the very large funnel of projects about to hit.
