Teams a pitted against each other, it creates the most toxic work environment I've ever been part of. Staff turnover is very high, we were constantly training in new people on my team. Purchasing Management are the worst I've ever seen, their style is Micro management and are hugely KPI driven. This is the kind of place where your manager will barely acknowledge you in the mornings with a simple hello.
