Unrealistic goals for new sales people. Too much change too quickly without thinking through changes, which causes them to have to implement other changes to make up for snap decisions. Still in contact with those I met at the job, and those that haven't left or been fired are not happy with the job or company. Overall company is just a bit of a mess and does not have any sort of well thought out plans for anything.
